• PRICES: All prices are per apartment and day for the defined number of persons including Ötztal Inside Summer Card in summer and free entrance to the Freizeit Arena Sölden from November to April. All prices are exclusive of resort tax, exclusive of catering and exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning of € 18.00 per person.
• RESORT TAX: The resort tax of € 4,00 is charged separately. Children and young adults under 15 years don't pay the resort tax.
• SHORT STAY SUPPLEMENT: Valid for bookings up to 3 days - 10 % surcharge

• Check-In from 1.00 pm (please inform us in advance or give us a call if you arrive later than 6.00 pm)
• Check-Out until 9.00 am

Cash payment or advance payment by bank transfer prior to arrival.

• 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the booking amount
• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the booking amount
• 1 week prior to arrival: 100 % of the booking amount
